On The Ball
On The Ball is the first online Australian Rules Football management game. The objective of OTB is to maintain a successful team where your team attempts to win league matches to advance to higher levels of competition.
It is your job as the team coach to hire training staff, maintain your stadium, train your players, buy and trade ( transfer ) players to build a better and stronger team, and to set player positions based on the players skills, all while monitoring your financial situation to keep under the salary cap and out of debt and even earn money for your team.
Matches are played twice a week ( Tuesday and Saturday ) and team training occurs each Wednesday.
